I am in love with my new stainless steel pan set!
After deciding to move away from teflon non-stick coatings, I decided to go all-in on stainless steel for the durability and lack of dangerous chemicals. I knew from the research I did prior to purchasing these that I would need to re-learn how I cook in order to prevent sticking, and so far I've had no issues! There's definitely a little bit of a learning curve in terms of really knowing when the pans are ready, but with practice you learn to intuit when they're too hot or not hot enough. As long as you're willing to be patient and learn to cook with them, they really do cook marvelously. I've even been able to cook over-medium eggs on them without breaking the yolks. They're very easy to clean with a normal sponge and dish soap for the most part, and in those instances where there's been tougher stuck-on bits, bar keeper's friend + a scrub daddy clean off the stuck-on bits with just a little bit of patience and elbow grease. It's so rewarding to see my pans look shiny and new again after washing, but I'm also looking forward to seeing unique patinas develop on the underside with decades of cooking on these

This is an incredible 14-piece set.
The stainless steel is very smooth on the inside and has a hammered design on the outside. The handles stay pretty cool on the stovetop. These are oven safe too! Without the non-stick they are completely safe inside the dishwasher. They cook evenly and have a quality feel.

LOVE IT!
Even heat distribution, handle never gets hot, sturdy, easy to clean if well handled. How i handle it: Oil it well before heating and stir food every couple minutes while cooking to avoid sticking. Remember it's stainless and not non-stick so make sure to clean IMMEDIATELY after removing food. I run it under hot water then scrub it with a sponge. This way stuck food comes off easily. If you are frying patties or somewhat dry food, make sure the oil and food crumbles don't burn because it will be a harder to clean. Anyway always make sure to run it under hot water right away. From my experience with stainless steel, discoloration is normal. As long as there's no peeling of a layer which shouldn't happen with a good product. I don't mind the extra work to handle it. After all, stainless steel is healthy and doesn't react with food!
